I "like" you.. a lot!

Having a tribe has always been crucial to our survival. Historically that meant food, water, or shelter. Now we call upon our tribes to support and fulfill other “basic” needs. Comfort, compassion, honesty and a firm talk from time to time.

Letting our friends and family know we “like” them shouldn’t be limited to our newsfeeds on social media. With the world zooming by at lightning speed it is so important to take pauses and nourish ourselves and our relationships. We love gathering with our tribe. Dancing, laughing, celebrating the good to fuel us to get through the tough stuff.

Take a moment to reflect.

  • Who is in your tribe?

  • Do they know how much you value them?

  • Do you have regular time blocked out for being in community with your tribe?

  • Do you feel valued, seen or heard in your tribe?

Most importantly take action Kindness Warriors. Today is a great day to be the change. To send a kind word expressing gratitude and love for the folks in your life. To block out time for a walk around the block with the a neighbor. Send encouragement to a friend in need.
