It’s never to late to start being kind. Kind to your mind, body, neighbor, wallet and planet. We believe that being kind is fundamental to our wellness as individuals and as a community. We chose being kind, because it feels good and it unites us.

What being kind looks or feels like to each of us might be unique but the impact of authentic kindness is universally good. We could all use a little kindness right about now.

In fact, let’s start right now. Put your phone down, close your laptop, log off social media and tune into being kind.
