30 days of Gratitude

Each year as the seasons change we are encourage to look inward. Inside our homes, relationships with others and ourselves. Taking stock of all the things we are grateful keeps us in a place of abundance and joy for all we have and all we continue to receive.

Join us in taking a few minutes each day to practice a “gratitude attitude”.

  4. What is your favorite comfort object? A blanket, pair of sock, favorite mug.

  9. First place you traveled to. Use all 5 sense to reflect on this experience.

  11. Somewhere you like to go to unplug or recharge.

  14. When did someone help you? How did they help?

  15. What is your favorite way to work up a sweat?
