Getting Grateful and Letting Go....
Each season brings a different opportunity for play, joy and self-care! Spring brings new life, cleansing rain and vibrant shades of green that inspire us to take those big leaps. Long summer nights and outdoor meals bring laughter and a reminder that it’s the simplest things that bring maximum joy. But the bounty and vibrant colors of autumn can’t be beat when it comes to slowing down and reflecting on all the goodness we have in our lives.
Just before we totally settle in for winter, we still have a few sun breaks and bold splashes of orange and red leaves to bring a smile to our faces. As leaves begin to fall so too can the things that are no longer serving us. As you ease into your autumn rituals - sweaters, hot chai, and a good paper book - we encourage you to double down on your gratitude practice. By focusing on the things we are thankful for you can reap all the benefits of the hard work you’ve done this year. Strengthen your relationships and provide a strong foundation for letting go of some of the harder things to create a fresh start for the new year.
