Meet Erica Hornthal, an internationally renowned dance/movement therapist, a licensed clinical professional counselor, board-certified dance/movement therapist, and author with a thriving practice supporting individuals all over the world on a journey to re-discover their mind-body connection. Erica’s area of expertise has caught the attention of multiple publications such as The New York Times, The Epoch Times, Dance Magazine, Reader's Digest, and PARADE. Erica is really passionate about teaching people that the body holds answers to questions the mind doesn't even know to ask. We place so much importance on the mind, but it is the body and our movement that precedes all thoughts.
